Masters Offices
Located in a modern office building in the heart of Barcelona, this office space has been designed by Bea Portabella with a focus on tranquility, serenity, and work efficiency.
The interior design is characterized by a minimalist environment in light, almost white tones, creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony, ideal for fostering concentration and employee well-being.
The layout of the space follows a fluid, open structure, with the central element being an atrium that serves as the core of the project. This atrium not only organizes the space but also acts as a meeting point, creating a visual and functional connection between the different work areas. Surrounding it, the pre-existing pillars are subtly integrated and absorbed into the design, forming a structural sequence that naturally flows with the rest of the space.
The sides of the space are dedicated to private, enclosed work areas, optimized for focus and productivity. These enclosed modules provide the necessary privacy for individual or small team work, while the central atrium maintains communication and the flow of people throughout the space.
For us, as a Interior and Architecture designer, the furniture plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Both the tables and chairs are made of wood, bringing a sense of naturalness and comfort, while seamlessly blending with the neutral color palette of the surroundings.
This use of natural materials and the choice of a monochromatic design aim to minimize distractions and promote a clean, organized environment, ideal for a productive workday.
The project reflects a design philosophy in which simplicity and functionality come together to offer a space that not only meets work needs but also enhances the experience of those who inhabit it. The tranquil atmosphere and use of light, noble materials ensure that this space becomes a peaceful retreat amidst the urban bustle of Barcelona.
