Sualba Offices

This office project of 450 m² is designed to offer a welcoming, functional work environment in line with the identity of a bakery business. Located in Valencia, the proposal aims to create a space that promotes creativity, collaboration, and employee well-being, while reflecting the artisanal and warm essence of the brand.

The design of the space focuses on creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing work environment, using noble materials and warm tones to generate an atmosphere that inspires tranquility and productivity. The combination of wood, natural stone, and finishes in terracotta or beige tones results in an environment that conveys warmth and professionalism, while maintaining a connection with nature and the artisanal process of baking.

The use of wood in the structures and furniture creates a sense of warmth throughout the space. Wooden elements in the wall panels, desks, and shelves provide a harmonious contrast with stone or ceramic surfaces that evoke the tradition of baking. Additionally, the use of recycled and sustainable materials has been incorporated, aligning with current environmental responsibility trends.

The layout of the offices is designed to maximize space efficiency, with open work areas that encourage employee interaction and creativity. Private spaces, such as individual offices and meeting rooms, have been integrated to offer privacy and focus for more specific tasks.

Natural light plays a key role in the design. Large windows allow for direct light entry, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and creating a healthy, stimulating environment. Thermal control has been optimized with state-of-the-art insulation systems, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

This project not only aims to provide a functional space for the team but also a place that reflects the values of the bakery business: quality, tradition, and human warmth. Through the use of noble materials and warm tones, the design creates a work environment that fosters creativity and well-being, perfectly reflecting the brand.
